• Is sexually explicit or pornographic in nature (except where legitimately required for business purposes)
• Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
• Contains graphic violence or gore without legitimate business purpose
• Spreads misinformation or disinformation designed to cause harm

2.3 Security and System Integrity

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or computer systems
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or networks connected to it
• Introduce viruses, malware, worms, trojans, or other malicious code
• Bypass or circumvent security features or access controls
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) without our explicit permission
• Conduct security testing, penetration testing, or vulnerability scanning without authorization
• Engage in denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks

2.4 Fraudulent or Deceptive Practices

• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with any person or entity
• Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or the source of any content
• Engage in phishing, social engineering, or other deceptive practices
• Provide false or misleading information when registering or using the Service
• Manipulate or misuse AI-generated content to deceive others

2.5 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or chain letters
• Use the Service to harvest email addresses or other contact information
• Engage in excessive or automated communication that disrupts normal use

2.6 Unauthorized Commercial Use

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to build a competing product or service
• Frame, mirror, or create derivative works of the Service
• Use content generated through the Service in violation of third-party rights

3. AI-Specific Prohibited Uses

Given that ChangeAble uses artificial intelligence to generate content and insights, the following restrictions apply specifically to AI-related activities:

3.1 Misuse of AI-Generated Content

• Present AI-generated content as human-created without disclosure when such disclosure is legally or ethically required
• Use AI-generated content to create misleading, deceptive, or harmful communications
• Generate content that violates the rights of any third party
• Use the AI to generate content for purposes prohibited by law or this Policy
• Attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI to produce prohibited content

3.2 Data Input Restrictions

• Upload or input personal data without proper legal basis and consent
• Upload confidential or proprietary information that you do not have the right to process
• Input data containing sensitive personal information (health data, financial data, biometric data) unless you have appropriate safeguards in place
• Upload malicious content designed to compromise the AI or Service

3.3 AI System Manipulation

• Attempt to reverse engineer, extract, or replicate our AI models
• Use the Service to train competing AI models
• Systematically extract AI outputs for unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to discover or exploit vulnerabilities in the AI system

3.4 Prohibited AI Use Cases

Do not use ChangeAble's AI to:

• Make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without human review
• Generate content for mass surveillance or tracking purposes
• Create deepfakes or synthetic media designed to deceive
• Generate content that promotes or facilitates harmful activities
• Automate critical decisions affecting health, safety, or legal rights without proper oversight

4. Data Protection and Privacy Responsibilities

When using ChangeAble to process personal data (such as stakeholder information), you must:

• Comply with all applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations
• Have a lawful basis for processing personal data you input into the Service
• Obtain necessary consents from individuals whose data you process
• Provide appropriate privacy notices to data subjects
• Implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data

4.2 Data Minimization

• Only upload personal data that is necessary for your legitimate business purposes
• Avoid uploading sensitive personal data unless absolutely necessary and properly protected
• Regularly review and delete data that is no longer needed

• Respect the privacy rights of individuals whose data you process
• Respond appropriately to data subject requests (access, deletion, correction)
